Murder: Gunman Surrenders Months After Fatal Woodbridge Apartment Complex Shooting, Police Say A 35-year-old man wanted since a May gunfight that killed a 25-year-old man has been arrested, police in Prince William County said. Jeffrey Donelle Hampton surrendered to authorities on Wednesday, Sept. 27, Prince William County police said. He's charged with murder and various weapons offenses in the May 21 killing of Michael Hawkins III. A $10,000 reward was being offered in Hampton's arrest.
