Reward Offered For Capture Of Suspect In Fatal PWC Apartment Complex Gunfight: Police Police say they have identified a suspect in a fatal gunfight that left a 25-year-old man dead at a Prince William County apartment complex. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest and indictment of Jeffrey Donelle Hampton, 34, Prince William County police said.
