Dumfires Health Aide Repeatedly Sexually Assaults Patient's 64-Year-Old Family Member: Cops A 31-year-old health aide has been charged with sexually assaulting his patient's 64-year-old family member repeatedly, authorities in Virginia said. Emmanuel Adaaquah is being held without bond on charges of aggravated sexual battery, 1 count of abduction, and 1 count of sexual battery, Prince William County police said. The assaults happened between Sept. 12 and 17, police said.
