Sergeant B.U. Demirci and Deputy A.J. Charoenthep stopped a Mazda with a license plate belonging to a Volkswagon just before 12:30 a.m. Thursday, March 21 at Warrenton Road and Olde Forge Drive, Sheriff David Decatur said. Charlene Bohannon Lockley, 36, of Richmond and Toyre Jones, 34, of Chesterfield were driving through South Stafford on Wednesday night, May 18, when deputies pulled them over, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said on Monday. The agency did not say why they were pulled over.  But that was just the beginning of their problems. Lockley was driving with a revoked license, the Sheriff's Office said.
