Sergeant B.U. Demirci and Deputy A.J. Charoenthep stopped a Mazda with a license plate belonging to a Volkswagon just before 12:30 a.m. Thursday, March 21 at Warrenton Road and Olde Forge Drive, Sheriff David Decatur said. Repeat DUI Offender To Blame In Serious Woodbridge Wreck: Police Sheriff's deputies say a 68-year-old repeat DUI offender was intoxicated when he caused a wreck that sent three people to the hospital over the weekend.  Frank Fletcher Jr. of Woodbridge was driving south on Onville Road on Saturday night, May 28, when his car crossed the center line and collided with an on-coming Dodge Challenger at 9:45 p.m., the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said. Routine Stafford Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Bust: Authorities A routine traffic stop last week netted multiple drug arrests, police said. Charlene Bohannon Lockley, 36, of Richmond and Toyre Jones, 34, of Chesterfield were driving through South Stafford on Wednesday night, May 18, when deputies pulled them over, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said on Monday. The agency did not say why they were pulled over.  But that was just the beginning of their problems. Lockley was driving with a revoked license, the Sheriff's Office said.
