Deputies from the sheriff’s office attempted to stop Colonial Beach resident Joseph Harris, 22, shortly before 10:15 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 27 on Cool Springs Road, when he was clocked doing 70 mph in a 45 mph. Police say that Harris stopped at a red traffic signal on White Oak Road, at which point the shenanigans began. Man Sleeping In Fetal Position Of 7-Eleven Lot Had Drugs, Weapons: Stafford PD A 37-year-old Stafford man found asleep in the fetal position of a 7-Eleven parking was found with weapons and drugs in his car, officials said.  Officers arrived to the store on Deacon Road at around 9:30 a.m. to wake up Charles Jessup, who was found on the ground, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. When Jessup woke up, his eyes rolled back, he slurred his speech, and he was unstable on his feet, officials said.
