Armed Robber Throws Tantrum When Plan Fails In PWC: Police A 20-year-old man is being sought by police who say he tried robbing a victim at gunpoint inside of a vehicle in Prince William County. The 25-year-old victim was sitting in a car on Willow Lane near Hylton Avenue in Woodbridge around 9 p.m. on Monday, May 1, when Daviyon Gene Ferguson got in the car and pulled out a gun, demanding the victim's phone, Prince William County police said.
