DNA evidence has led to dropped charges for one man wrongly accused in a crash last spring that killed a Virginia dad, and fresh charges for another. A Virginia dad who tried mowing down his former partner and a family trying to help her escape from him was sentenced to a decade behind bars. Enoc Espinal Estrada, 44, was sentenced by Judge Robert P. A Virginia nurse practitioner has filed a lawsuit against the CVS drug store chain after she says she was fired from the Alexandria MinuteClinic for refusing to provide certain contraceptive or abortion-inducing pills to customers, reports 7News.
