Jason Fragale Child Pornography Warrant
A 38-year-old man with ties to Virginia has been arrested for generating and possessing child pornography, police said. Jason Robert Fragale, of Leesburg, VA and Kissimmee, FL, was arrested in February at a Florida airport, in an apparent attempt to flee the country, Virginia State Police said in a joint release with officials in Florida. He had been charged with 10 felony warrants out of Loudoun County: Five for possession of child porn and five for reproduction of child porn, Fragale is believed to have contacted children through messaging apps and may have victims in Florida.…

Fight Leads To Child Neglect Charge For Prince William County Woman: Cops
A 37-year-old Prince William County woman has been charged with felony child neglect stemming from an argument this week, police said. Ange Nizigiyimana Swinton prevented a family member under the age of 18 from entering the house on the 1300 block of Rail Stop Drive in Woodbridge for an extended period of time during a fight, Prince William County police said. Body Found In Alexandria River
A man's body was found in an Alexandria river on Wednesday, April 24, police said. Officers were called to the 4100 block of Mount Vernon Avenue near Four Mile Park around 1:30 p.m., the Alexandria Police Department said. The adult male was pronounced dead at the scene and an autopsy is expected to determine the cause and manner of death. Earlier in the week, Alexandria police announced a suspicious death investigation on North Henry Street. They said only that an injured man was found at the scene and later pronounced dead.

Zoha Sultan, of Lorton, became the center of an investigation on Thursday, April 11, when co-workers told police she'd been having a relationship with a teen attending the Lorton Community Center, Fairfax County police said.
