Richard Reinhold Jr., a well-respected deputy special agent in charge with Homeland Security Investigations from New Jersey, died on Monday, Feb. 26 with his family by his side, his obituary said. A South Korean company has agreed to reimburse the United States $2 million for defrauding Customs officials about the value of imported clothing and apparel.
