Bomb Threat Clears Prince William County School (

A bomb threat was called into a Prince William County elementary school Thursday morning, April 25, police said. Authorities were on scene at T Clay Wood Elementary School in Nokesville as of 10:15 a.m. a report of a bomb threat to the school. No devices were located and the school was evacuated temporarily. Patrons will be allowed back inside following a search of the school.

Woman Forced Into Woods By Stranger Who Sexually Assaulted Her In Prince William County: Cops
Police are searching for the man who a 35-year-old woman said grabbed her and sexually assaulted her in Manassas over the weekend. The victim was walking near Fairmount Avenue and Anvil Drive between 11:30 p.m. Friday, April 19 and 12:30 a.m. Saturday, April 20, when she was grabbed by a complete stranger, Prince William County police said. The man forced the victim into a nearby wooded area where she was sexually assaulted. The two eventually separated, and the victim called the police. Hours-Long Manhunt For Chainsaw-Wielding Man Ends In Stafford
An hours-long manhunt for a chainsaw-wielding burglary suspect ended successfully Monday, March 4 in Stafford County, authorities said. Shawn Kimmitz of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said the man, who had tried breaking into a home on Musselman Road around 7 a.m., was captured at Rappahannock Landing in the mid-morning hours.
