Orian Dean Constantine stole the 2022 pickup with VA license plate TUK-4509, on March 13, authorities in Fredericksburg said.
He is approximately 6'3" and has weapons in his possession. Through our investigation, we've determined he has ties to Maryland and Pennsylvania.
