A 38-year-old man with ties to Virginia has been arrested for generating and possessing child pornography, police said. Jason Robert Fragale, of Leesburg, VA and Kissimmee, FL, was arrested in February at a Florida airport, in an apparent attempt to flee the country, Virginia State Police said in a joint release with officials in Florida. Virginia is rife with top-rated high schools, according to brand-new rankings. US News & World report released its annual list of Best High Schools in the U.S. on Tuesday morning, April 23. Devon Davati, a Virginia native, died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 18, his obituary says. He was 29 years old. A King George native, Devon graduated from Stafford High School in 2012 before going on to earn his bachelors of science from the Southern New Hampshire University, his obituary says. Devon worked for CGI Federal in Falls Church, in the legal area for the Department of Justice supporting the Bureau of Immigration Appeals, according to his obit. Multi-Car Crash Causes 7-Mile Backup On I-95 In Stafford
A multi-vehicle crash caused heavy delays along I-95 in northern Virginia on Friday morning, April 19. The VDOT site says the northbound crash happened near milepost 147.5 in Stafford, right behind the Stafford/Quantico Courtyard Marriott. Virginia State Police said it was a three-car crash with no injuries. Traffic backups were approximately 7 miles as of 1 p.m.

Plane Crashes, Overturns At Manassas Regional Airport
A plane crashed and overturned Sunday evening, April 14 at a Virginia airport. State police said that a single-engine Cessna ran off of a runway at the Manassas Regional Airport, struck a culvert and overturned at 8:15 p.m. Neither the pilot nor the one other passenger were injured.
