The female victim, a resident of a home in North Stafford, said she was not sure what happened, but that she was bleeding profusely from her stomach around 12 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, the county sheriff's office said. Arriving officers noticed a bullet-sized hole in the wall that directly lined up to where the victim was standing in her kitchen when she was struck. Police K9 Plays Key Role In Loudoun County BB Gun Investigation A 20-year-old Loudoun County man was arrested in a shooting incident, thanks to assistance from a police K-9. Christian Mincey is believed to have fired an air gun on the 800 and 900 blocks of Buttonwood Terrace NE during the early morning hours of Thursday, Nov. 9. Mincey fired at a victim but struck and damaged two vehicles. The adult male victim was not injured, police said. New Details Released, Suspect Vehicle ID'd After I-495 Shooting In Virginia The Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation has identified and is now looking to locate the suspect vehicle (pictured above) involved in last week's shooting incident on I-495 in Fairfax County. According to investigators, the suspect vehicle is a blue, two-door 2010 Honda Civic with Virginia license plate: TWW 9398.
