Former Flasher Leads Deputies On 2nd-Ever Minivan Pursuit Through Stafford, Sheriff Says A Stafford driver with a history of run-ins with the law has been arrested after leading deputies on a pursuit, police said. A man later identified as Grant Egan, 19, was spotted in a Toyota Sienna using a right-turn only lane to go straight through traffic by Sergeant G.A. Haney near Richmond Highway and Port Aquia Drive around 3:50 p.m. on Friday, May 17, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said.
