More than two decades after Leslie Preer was found murdered inside her home after failing to show up for work, police in Montgomery County say they have arrested a man in connection to the 2001 cold case. DNA evidence has linked Eugene Teodor Gilgor as a possible suspect in the murder, police say, and on Tuesday, he was arrested by the US Marshals Task Force in Washington, DC.
