Fairfax County Police ID, Arrest Suspect Who Assaulted Juvenile At Knifepoint Fairfax County police arrested a 22-year-old who assaulted a victim and scared a group of juveniles, officials said.At around 4:20 p.m. on August 25, law enforcement responded to the 5000 block of Caryn Court where a group of young people were playing outside of an apartment, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. During the incident, Kevin Moran-Perez approached the group of individuals and showed he was armed with a knife, police reported. Moran-Perez then grabbed one of the juveniles by the hand, before the victim was able to break free, authorities said. Police said no one …
