The female victim, a resident of a home in North Stafford, said she was not sure what happened, but that she was bleeding profusely from her stomach around 12 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, the county sheriff's office said. Arriving officers noticed a bullet-sized hole in the wall that directly lined up to where the victim was standing in her kitchen when she was struck. Dumfries Man Fires Shots Inside Apartment, Nearly Wounding Five Children: Police A Dumfries man was arrested for firing a gun inside his apartment, with five children present at the time, police said. At around 1 a.m. on Oct. 1, Marcus Dandridge, 27, got into an argument with a female relative in the Townsquare at Dumfries Apartments, according to the Prince William County Police Department. During the argument, Dandridge fired multiple rounds from his gun, into a wall in the apartment, officials reported.
