Jacob Campbell Of Fredericksburg Dies, 32 Jacob Campbell of Fredericksburg died on Oct. 22, 2023. He was 32 years old. Jacob was being remembered in his obituary as a "friend to all," who loved writing, music, soccer, watching the Washington Commanders, and visiting the beaches of the Outer Banks.
