Neglected Dog Dies Days After Being Found Emaciated, Abandoned In Virginia: Officials Animal control officers in Arlington are asking for the public's help after a severely neglected dog, discovered in critical condition near S. Walter Reed Drive, died despite emergency rescue efforts.
