Celebration Of Life Scheduled For One Direction's Liam Payne In Fredericksburg Fans of One Direction have set up a "celebration of life" event for Liam Payne that will be held in Virginia following his unexpected death. Beginning at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27, there will be a memorial for the popular singer at Old Mill Park in the 2200 block of Caroline Street in Fredericksburg. Payne, 31, died on Wednesday, Oct. 16 in Argentina after falling from a third-floor balcony at a hotel near Buenos Aires.  It was later determined that he died from internal and external hemorrhages and other traumatic injuries.  Fans planning to attend the celebration of life in Fr…
