Alaysia Janell Milburn has been identified as the 25-year-old woman who was killed in Lexington Park before police were taken on a multi-county pursuit that ended with 38-year-old Kenneth Louis Price turning a gun on himself, investigators say. Armed Man, 22, Shot By Maryland State Troopers: Authorities A 22-year-old armed man was shot by Maryland State Police troopers after lunging at them with a knife Friday, Aug. 18, authorities said. A four-year veteran of the MSP and a trooper who recently graduated from the MPS academy approached responded to  a home in the 44000 block of West Mervell Court in Hollywood, just before 11 p.m., State Police said.
