The second man wanted in connection to a murder-for-hire conspiracy that left 23-year-old Egypt Zapporah Carter dead in February has been apprehended. Woodbridge resident Denzel Scott Wade, 23, is in custody days after 27-year-old Drew Courtney Buchanan was arrested and charged for the murder of the North Carolina native. A 93-year-old passenger died at the hospital days after being involved in a now-fatal hit-and-run crash with a tractor-trailer in Loudoun County. Lovettsville resident Monica Lee has been identified as the passenger in a Chrysler who suffered critical injuries following a crash last week.
