2nd Suspect Arrested In Murder Of Lower Merion Man During Home Invasion
Kelvin Roberts, 42, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the fatal Lower Merion home invasion that left Andrew Gaudio dead and his mother, Bernadette Gaudio, critically injured, Montgomery County officials announced on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024.
Roberts, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody by Upper Moreland Police after arriving at his workplace, Junkluggers in Willow Grove. He was in possession of a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun at the time of his arrest, authorities said.

A 39-year-old man has been arrested in part of an ongoing investigation of the Berks County District Attorney's Drug Task Force, authorities said.
Fidel Yamil Ruiz, of Temple, was arrested for possessing and dealing methamphetamine and fentanyl at his home on 12th Avenue on Friday, Oct. 4, the Berks County District Attorney's Office announced.
He was transported to the Berks County Central Processing Center for arraignment.

At 10:15 p.m., a woman exited her vehicle after parking on the 800 block of South 16th Street and was approached by a dark-colored, 4-door Honda HR-V sedan with a sunroof and dull metallic rims, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said.
