Video Lands Teen Adult Charges For Red Lion Stabbing, PA State Police Say A 16-year-old boy has been charged as an adult after being caught on video stabbing a 17-year-old boy during a fight, the Pennsylvania State Police announced on Wednesday.  Isaac Mason Blinke reportedly stabbed the older teen around 7:04 p.m. in the 200 block of West Broadway in Red Lion, PSP detailed in a release.  When first responders arrived at the reported assault "the 17-year-old victim was found with a stab wound in his torso," the state police said.
