Pennsylvania BMW Driver, 30, Struck, Killed After Crash Along NJ Turnpike
A 30-year-old Pennsylvania man standing along the side of the New Jersey Turnpike after a collision was struck and killed by a passing car early Monday, April 22, authorities said.
Alton Smith, of Levittown, PA, had bee driving a BMW 328i when he got into a crash with another BMW around 2:20 a.m. in Robbinsville, New Jersey State Police said.
Smith was standing outside of his vehicle on the southbound side of the highway near milepost 64.1 on the inner roadway, when a passing Hyundai struck him and the back of his car, police said.

A quadruple stabbing at a Bucks County school and a shooting that happened within hours of each other in the same neighborhood may be related, authorities said.
The night of chaos began around 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 23 at the Penn Valley Elementary School on North Turn Lane in Levittown, where four people were stabbed during an altercation between two groups, Falls Township police said.
The victims, three of whom were minors, were taken to local hospitals, where they are expected to survive, police said.

A man wanted by New Jersey State Police was found with 3,000 doses of heroin when the US Marshals Service showed up at a Pennsylvania apartment to arrest him, authorities said.
Jamar Young, 34, of Trenton, was arrested on narcotics-related charges at the Racquet Club Apartments on Veterans Highway in Levittown around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, Middletown Township Police Chief Joseph Bartorilla said.

DA: Inmate Sentenced For Smuggling Drugs Into Bucks County Jail With Help From Son, Officer
An inmate was sentenced Thursday for his involvement in a drug-smuggling ring inside the Bucks County Jail in which eight other men, including his son and a corrections officer, were accomplices, authorities announced.
Vincent McCandless Sr., 35, who was already serving four and a half to 10 years in state prison at the time of his arrest, will add an additional 35 to 70 months to his sentence, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's office.
