PA Inmates, Girlfriend Accomplice Charged As Ringleaders In $226K Unemployment Fraud Scheme Two Pennsylvania inmates and their outside accomplice were charged for their roles in a fraud scheme in which they gave false information on Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) applications, to disperse $226,000 in funds, authorities announced.
