Overturned Truck Shuts Down Highway Ramp In Northampton County: PSP (Updated) Update: The ramp has since reopened, troopers said.  Crews are at the scene of an accident involving an overturned tractor-trailer on Wednesday, April 3, according to troopers.  Troop M's Nathan Branosky said the truck flipped on the ramp from Route 33 southbound to Interstate 78 eastbound in Lower Saucon.
