A registered sex offender convicted in Oklahoma has escaped from police in Pennsylvania — again. Dave Luther Kendrick, 35, original of Stillwater, Oklahoma escaped the Keystone Correctional Facility located at 7201 Allentown Boulevard, West Hanover Township, Dauphin County, by going to a doctor's appointment, according to a release by the Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 2. A 42-year-old man from Philadelphia has been sentenced to 20 years in New Jersey State Prison for a fatal shooting, authorities said. Teddy Smith was sentenced for the aggravated manslaughter of a 25-year-old Pleasantville man, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Philadelphia Man Sentenced For Shooting At Officers In South Jersey
A Philadelphia man has been sentenced to 25 years in New Jersey state prison for firing at two police officers, authorities said. Arthur DiSanto, 42, struck one of the officers with gunfire, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. The shooting occurred on Aug.. 23, 2021. On Jan. 31, 2023, DiSanto pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree attempted murder, for shooting the officers.
