Pair Charged, Victim Identified In Deadly Allentown Shooting One man is dead and two more are behind bars following a fatal shooting in Allentown Sunday night, authorities announced.  City police were called to the corner of 4th and Tilghman Streets around 9:30 p.m. on May 14 for reports of shots fired, the department wrote in a release.  They arrived to find a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim, 27-year-old Jose Tirado-Ramirez of Bethlehem, was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, where he died from his injuries just after midnight, said Coroner Daniel A. Buglio. Harold Bauza has been charged with drug possession with intent to deliver, dealing in unlawful proceeds and prohibited possession of a gun, Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced Friday.
