Good Samaritans Help Rescue Man From Tractor-Trailer Crash In Muddy Field Passersby assisted officials when a tractor-trailer was struck in the middle of a muddy field with an injured driver, according to a release by police.  Northern Lancaster County regional police were called to a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Doe Run and Cool Spring roads in Penn Township on Monday around 1:30 p.m., according to the release.
