A horse-and-buggy crash closed part of PA 340 in Lancaster County on Thursday evening, Sept. 19, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice. The girl was injured on the 300 block of Wilson Mill Road in Lower Oxford, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
