Wiretap Catches Philadelphia Man Who Used Alias During Assault, Police Say A wiretap helped police identify Nhan H. Nguyen also known as Tommy Louboutin, following a sexual assault, police announced on Wednesday, Oct. 25. A woman was sexually assaulted in the first block of North Chruch Street in Quarryville on Aug. 4, the police explained.  The assault happened following a date with a man known to her as "Tommy Louboutin." Evidence from the assault was found in the woman's bedroom.
