Two Charged For Killing Man On His Birthday In 2016, Says Bucks DA
Eight years after Herbert Lyals was shot and killed on his birthday, two men are charged with his murder, prosecutors say.
George Javon Clark, 33, and John Marquis Wilson, 43, were charged with murder and related counts following a grand jury investigation, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office said on Friday, April 5.
Lyals, 38, was found dead on the 5000 block of Truman Street in Bristol Township on July 27, 2016, according to investigators.

Latif Williams shot and killed Samuel Collington while he unloaded his car in 2021, a Philadelphia court has found.
Williams, 19, was convicted of third-degree murder and related counts following a one-day, said the District Attorney's Office in a release.
