Local authorities had removed the child from the Union Beach home of Herman Christopher Jensen when the FBI began investigating his online activities. NJ Man Accused Of Repeatedly Sexually Assaulting 13-Year-Old Girl In PA A 21-year-old Jersey Shore man was arrested on accusations he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl for months in Chester County, PA. Police began investigating late last year after it was reported that Luis F. Adan, of Jackson, met up with the female in West WhitelandTownship and engaged in sexual contact, West Whiteland  Det. Scott Pezick said. The two met online and the acts occurred between October and December 2020, Pezick said.
