Police: NY Man Jailed For Wielding BB Gun, Fleeing During Dispute With Sussex County Landscaper A 31-year-old man has been jailed after wielding a BB gun during an alleged dispute with a Sussex County landscaper. David A. G. Martin of Peekskill, NY is accused of brandishing PSM45 BB handgun during an argument over payment at a landscaping business off Limecrest Road around 3 p.m. Wednesday, Andover Township Police said. Martin then drove away, heading toward Newton-Sparta road in a red Ford F150, police said.
