A Montgomery County woman is accused of carrying out a harassment campaign that ended with attempted murder, according to authorities. Dr. Amy Cohen of Narberth was arrested on multiple felony charges last Friday, Dec. 1, and held in lieu of a $5 million bond, said Lower Merion police in a release. Authorities in Lower Merion are investigating after a 42-year-old Manayunk woman was found hurt on the Cynwyd Heritage Trail, officials said. Police were called to the trail around 5:45 a.m. on Wednesday after a jogger reported a person lying down near the Manayunk Bridge Trail, according to authorities.
