Motorcyclist Critical After Crash In Delco, Officials Say Authorities are investigating a crash in Lower Chichester that sent a motorcyclist to the hospital on Saturday, March 16.  A motorcycle collided with a car near the intersection of Cosgrove Street and East Ridge Road around 4:45 p.m., said township police in a release.  First responders found the rider badly injured at the scene and rendered aid before taking him to the hospital, police said.
