Children Orphaned In PA Murder-Suicide, Campaign Says
Support is surging for Montgomery County children who were left without either parent in a weekend murder-suicide. As previously reported by Daily Voice, Durdona Sultanova, 43, was shot and killed by her ex-husband, 44-year-old Al Allaberg, in a home on the 400 block of Carson Terrace Saturday, March 16. Authorities have released details and formally announced charges in the murder of 19-year-old Jaden Battista Friday, Feb. 16 in Lower Makefield. A 38-year-old woman from Burlington County was found bludgeoned to death in her bed, authorities said. A "person of interest" has been arrested in Philadelphia in connection with thefts from the woman, but no homicide charges have been filed, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina. A 41-year-old man from Philadelphia has been charged with causing the death of a South Jersey man who died of a heroin/fentanyl drug overdose, authorities said.
