John Vazquez, and two unidentified suspects, tried to buy drugs from someone at the Lower Macungie Township building on April 6, Pennsylvania State Police said. When they got into the car, Vazquez pulled out a gun, placed it against the victim's head, and demanded the money and drugs, police said.
