State troopers have announced charges against the driver who allegedly hit and killed a motorcyclist while fleeing police in Delaware County last month. Police in Chester County are seeking a man accused of rape and statutory sexual assault. Alvin Daniels, 30, is also wanted on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, and over a dozen related felony counts, said the West Whiteland Police Department in a release. A Delaware County school bus driver is charged with unlawful restraint after police say she used duct tape to tie down a student on the way to school. A $5,000 reward is being offered in the stabbing death of a 15-year-old boy in Delaware County Friday, April 21. The Drexel Hill boy was stabbed on the 200 block of Bridge Street at approximately 9:30 p.m., Upper Darby police said.
