Delco Driver Rammed Into Cop Car Before Fleeing Scene Of Hit-Run, Troopers Say
A Delaware County man is accused of ramming his car into a state police vehicle before taking off from the scene of an accident at a Philadelphia intersection, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice.
James Horace, 22, of Darby, is charged with felony aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and related offenses stemming from a March 26 crash, troopers wrote in a criminal complaint.

One Caught, Two Sought In Deadly Chester Shooting
One suspect was caught while two were being sought in connection with a deadly shooting last month in Chester, authorities in Delaware County announced.
Damar Macklin, 21, of Chester, was charged with first and third-degree murder, criminal homicide, firearms not to be carried without a license, and other offenses in the shooting death of Kashif Love on Monday, Aug. 22, according to court records and Chester City police.
Macklin, who was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 24, remained held in Delaware County Prison without bail, records show.

The two men who were killed in a targeted shooting during a funeral procession for a murder victim in Upper Darby Friday, July 8 have been identified, 6abc reports.
Tyrese Long, 21, of Darby, and Khalid Brittingham, 25, of Folcroft, were inside a vehicle when they were shot dead, the outlet says.
Police later released photos of a person of interest. No arrests have been made as of Wednesday, July 13.
