Thousands Of Funds Stolen From PA Elementary School Parent-Teacher Org., Again: State Police For the second time in 10 years, a Pennsylvania parent-teacher organization had thousands of dollars withdrawn from its account supposedly for the president's personal use, and state police are asking questions.
