Car Plows Through Building In Central PA: Officials (Photos) A car slammed into a building in Central Pennsylvania on Friday morning, according to the Quarryville Fire Department which responded to the crash.  The car plowed into one of the businesses in the Commerce Commons development in the 200 block of Commerce Drive in East Drumore Township around 9 a.m. on June 28, officials with the department said. The car left quite a hole in the building and damaged its interior, but thankfully no one was injured, according to the fire company.  "QFD assisted in helping the owner clean up and secure the property," as stated in the release. Jacob M. Stoltzfus, 71, was driving the horse-drawn buggy west with his 70-year-old wife, Annie B. House Bursts Into Flames After 2-Car Crash In Central PA (Photos) A bystander with a fire extinguisher and a Quarryville firefighter with a garden hose battled a house fire, following the two-vehicle crash in Quarryville on Thursday, authorities say.  The force of a two-vehicle crash sent a car into a home in the 900 block of Kirkwood Pike in Colerain Township at 8:20 p.m. on July 13, 2023, fire officials said.  When the fire crews arrived they found one vehicle in the road and the other one went into the "B" side of the house, according to the Quarryville Fire Department.  The car had been "pushed in the basement wall and was on fire," officials said.  …
