Central PA Teen Charged In Shooting, Car Crash, That Killed Lebanon Teen, Police Say A central Pennsylvania teenager has been charged in connection with a shooting and subsequent car crash that killed another teenager, according to police.  Jaedyn Gaines, 17, of Lebanon, was arrested by Lebanon City police on Oct. 27, according to court documents. Gaines and another suspect who remains at large intended to rob the 16-year-old and another victim during the meetup to buy marijuana on Wednesday, according to police.
