Man With 'Satchel' Full Of Crack Runs From Traffic Stop PA State Police Say A 47-year-old man with a 14-year criminal record of fleeing from the police, driving under the influence at the highest rate, and drug charges— is apparently back at it, according to a release by the Pennsylvania State Police on Thursday, Nov. 2.  Fontain Shakan Wilson led state police on a pursuit in a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu only to have his vehicle break down— leading him to hop out of the vehicle and continue to flee on foot, according to the PSP release.  He was slowed down by a "satchel which contained a large amount of crack cocaine and marijuana" so he discarded it while run…
