Drug Dealer Gave Man 30 Deadly Doses Of Fentanyl, Palmyra Police Allege A Pennsylvania parole violator is accused of giving a man enough fentanyl to cause the deaths of 30 adults, police said. Tyler Michael Singer, 27 of North Locust Street, Palmyra has been arrested in connection with the July 2022 death of a 26-year-old Gregory "Greg" Ristenbatt, Palmrya police said. Former Palmyra Athlete, 20, Killed In Dauphin County Crash A 20-year-old man died after crashing his car in Dauphin County woods early this week, authorities said. Trevor Binner of Palmyra was trapped in his vehicle when firefighters found his vehicle arrived in woods off Rountop Road around 12:45 p.m. Monday, police said. The Dauphin County Coroner's Office identified Binner after he was extricated between the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 283 in Londonderry Township.
