Girl Orphaned: MD Man Shot PA Mom Before Turning Gun On Himself A police standoff in York County has ended with a murder-suicide, York County Coroner Pam Gay told Daily Voice.  A 31-year-old Prince George's, Maryland resident Devon Elias shot 29-year-old Megan Caitlyn Saunders in the chest before shooting himself in the head, around 2:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 13, according to the York County Coroner's office. Murder-suicide: Township Secretary Shot Dead By Husband, PA State Police A 69-year-old man shot his wife before turning the gun on himself Tuesday night, police say.  April Rehbein, a secretary for Codorus Township, was found shot dead in the front yard of her home around 6:15 p.m. on Sept. 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Her husband, David P. Rehbein is believed to have shoot her following an argument that evening, a relative who found their bodies told authorities.
