Three-year-old Elijah Abreu Borgen accidentally shot himself with a gun that an Allentown man had stashed under the couch, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office. Gabriel Cartagena, the 44-year-old man wanted in connection with a double homicide last month in Allentown, has surrendered, police announced. A man, a woman, and a baby were found shot in Allentown, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio told Daily Voice on Saturday. The unnamed 66-year-old man, a 44-year-old woman, and a 1-year-old infant were found shot in the 100 block of Chestnut Street, Allentown, Lehigh County, at 8:49 p.m. on Dec. 29, the coroner detailed.
