Trooper Causes Crash Hospitalizing 4 People — Including Himself: PA State Police Four people, including a trooper, were taken to a hospital following a four-vehicle crash, Pennsylvania State Police announced in a release on Feb. 23.  The crash began with a pursuit on US 30 East in West Whiteland Township at 2:46 p.m. on Feb. 3, as detailed in the PSP release.  PSP Trooper Craig A.
