2 Hospitalized In Lancaster County Horse-And-Buggy Crash Two people were hospitalized after a three vehicle crash involving a horse-and-buggy in Colerain Township on Monday, according to Emergency Dispatch Services. Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Sproul Road and Kirkwood Pike around where two people riding in the horse-and-buggy were injured, dispatch said.
